Six Pack Abs Checklist

Your Diet

Chances are that you have a six pack already but because of a layer of fat hiding them, you cannot see them. You may not be aware that doing your daily activities is working your abs and the foundation is there already. The tricky part is to get rid of the layer of fat. You know what is good for you and what is not. Cut out the crappy foods now. What to eat is your choice. You have the knowledge of what to eat and what not to eat.

Your Physical Exercise

This part is called sweat equity Having ripped abs means buidling those muscles up although your grand plan is to be bigger everywhere so building abs is only a part of your plan. Hundreds of situps is not the answer, as a matter of fact, more harm than good will come from it. Have an overall exercise plan for getting six pack abs like the one here.

Your Attitude

You must be totally committed to getting abs and that means not being tempted to deviate off course. Don’t expect a grouse set of abs in two weeks. Give yourself twelve weeks at the bare minimum.
